Hello all, Sometimes when I have to stop short (I live in Miami) the ABS will stop all fluid from flowing to the R/F wheel. Mechanic used hand hydraulic pump and back fed the R/F brake line and all was great. He also flushed out the brake system. A couple months later ABS would not release pressure on R/F wheel. Did same thing and pulled pump fuse and car stops fine, but anoying ABS light is now on. A used ABS pump is over $900.00, car is worth about $2,000.00 2000 and needs paint bad. What to do, just leave it?
