Just recently I started experiencing a problem with the trans. where it will slip going into second gear. It will pause for a few seconds but will eventually start going and will not happen again. It only does this after the car sits for quite a while. If your driving it throughout the day it doesn't do it. Any suggestions out there?

change the fluid. My tranny was slippin to and I put some Lucas Oil transmission stop slip in it and it's running back to normal now. Of course, this is after I changed the fluid first.
