95 S Locked Up. Help Needed Please

Hello, everyone. This is my first post here, I'm glad I found this site! I am in urgent need of help. My millenia s has frozen up on me compltely, you turn the key and nothing at all happens and when this happens the gear shift is locked up.. This has happened a few times and, after turning the wheels straight or rocking the car back and forth, the gearshift has unlocked and the car has started. This time, no matter what i do, rocking the car or moving the wheels, the gears remain locked and the car won't start. I have noticed that by turning the key on and flooring the brake the gearshift will move but it didn't help to start the car. Does anyone out there no anything about this or what it may be? Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks.
