Which year Mx-5 has more interior room?
I really like these cars and last year sat in one in the showroom. It was unduly tight. I’m 6 feet and 220 lbs so not really huge. I saw a beautiful 2014 at a car show and it looked as large as a Boxster to me. I got the impression I might fit in something like that. Anyway … I read that the latest gen was shortened. So the question is ….is any generation larger interior that others?
Most examples of members on forums fail to take the time to adjust the driver's seat completely. Most people that own vehicles seldom even know all the seat adjustment option on the driver's seat or steering wheel for that matter? lol There are very few cars manufactured that do not comfortably accommodate at least humans 6ft and 210 LBS on the drivers side.
I have an NA and 6'2 so don't fit very well. Like driving a gokart inside a tight fitting box but that's part the fun of a MX5. Take some for a test drive to find the one that you feel comfortable in. The NC seems to be quiet comfortable.
Not sure what you meant. MX5, Miata and Eunos are all the same car except our's didnt get power steering (boy it needs that). Bought it for an investment and that has been a good one plus having been a member of the MX5 club for 14 years now.
I was surprised to find out that it was an American design and almost didn't happen. but for the efforts of one desisner who is a Patron of our club.
OK get the joke now.

Looks like you have a collection. I have a few hundred I have collected over the years. Stopped now no more room for both model and real.
Anyway back to the post. I think the NB has the most room but is the furthest away from a sports car. The NA is definately not the most comfortable of them that's for sure.

Ya … it’s an addiction collecting Hot Wheels, Johnny Lighting and naturally Matchbox cars to name most common. You have a few hundred try a few thousand. lol. Started in the 60’s
My prize is my Boss Hoss Silver Special in mint condition.Complete with the Hot Wheels club membership in my name when it first came out .
As for real vehicles I like you had to stop and reconsider having to many vehicles.
Buuuuuut…… I would guess I get at least 3 new collection cars a week or more. The Miata I saw today while grocery shopping and knew I had to get it just for this thread. Lol
