problem with speakers

Default problem with speakers

Hi there guys and gals, I'm new to the forum.
the left speaker stoped working, so thinking it was shot, I replaced both of them, it worked wonderfully, but today, after hiting a pot hole, it stoped working again, is this a common problem? any sugestions?

it sounds like you have either a wire issue, a radio connection issue, or a bad ground to the speaker, but i would try wiggling the wires and see if that helps...it could be that the wires are wiggling, and a bare spot in the wires is hitting and frying your speakers, but i would guess its a wiring issue...

Cool, thanks a lot, I just wanted to know what to check first, so first I'll check the whole lenght of the wire...then the conections from the stereo...then the conections from the cd changer. Cheers.

Funny, I disconected the battery, in order to make the CEL dissapear, and the it did, but the problem that I had with the speakers also dissapeared, thanks again guys
