Default I need to install a radiator

Has anyone here installed a radiator before in their miata? Mine is a 1994 and the radiator is definitely leaking. The leak is at the top on the passenger side and it appears as if the unit needs to be replaced. I just wanted to know if there is anything that I'm going to need to look out for when tackling this job. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a straight-forward job, but there's always a catch.

Thanks!

Default RE: I need to install a radiator

confuZion3,
Your right, it's a simple job. Plenty of room to work after the intake plumbing and stuff are out of the way. Your main choice is whether to use the Mazda replacement radiator or get a more reasonably priced one thru your local radiator shop. I opted for a copper core one, that is slightly heavier than the plastic tanked aluminum core original. Good oppertunity to check out the functioning of your electric fans if you've noticed any heating up at low speeds or idle also. mine's a '95 good luck
