Default Honeymooning with my 2008 Miata MX-5 !

Hello and Happy Easter to all ! Just this week-end on Friday I bought a 2008 Miata MX-5, a beautiful burgundy color which I understand is called "copper," ( come and get me copper ! ) with light brown cow seats and brown soft top. I'm not quite sure yet which model I bought, perhaps one of you long-termers can advise me on that. I've got the VIN# and was looking to see if I could plug it into some handy receptacle, but no joy yet. It's fully equipped with leather heated seats, Bose CD and sound system, 6-speed manual trans and only, get this now, 30,000 miles on the clock !! If this MX-5 didn't drive like it was brand-new, I wouldn't even believe such a tall tale. This car is too young for me or I'm too old for it, either way, I don't care ! I told the seller that I was too old for the car, but just didn't give a rip because it is without doubt the most enjoyable car to drive I've ever had, surpassing even the youthful excitement of driving a 1963 MGB convertible when in my yout. Will post photos soon, and hope I can both learn and be of service to other members as well. Stephen Hill

Smile Fun cars are fun indeed...

Just bought an 07 in May 25 for a great deal. I have never had a fun car and may take it to a track saturday next spring. I had but looking for a year and found this one. Grand touring w PRHT. North GA mountains have been a hoot in this thing. Hard to behave my self in ATL traffic too. Looking to replace the diff, transaxle and oil in the near future. Been looking for an EZ LIft on market place. I am 6' 3" and so was looking for the big one, an NC, found it. Yay for you and all of us on here.
