Default Front Suspension Bushing

Guys, I have a 1991 Mazda Miata and I was inspecting the front end this past weekend and detected that the suepension Bushings are worn and needing replacement.
Would that be something a DO IT YOURSELFER type individual should do?
Is there any press fitting that needs to be done?
thanks in advance for your reply.
Also is there a good supplier for those kind of parts?
Thanks again..
Dex..

that should cover any of the parts that you need. the old bushings might be pretty hard to get out, but the new ones should go in with a little persuasion. get some kind of synthetic lubricant to put the new bushings in with. don't use anything petroleum based though. the urethane bushings will make the suspension feel really good compared to stock, especially blown stock bushings.

Thanks for the information.
How difficult would it be to change all of them?
