On my Miata 1997, the check engine lighted up and a scan gave me the error code for the oxygen sensor.

My question is which oxygen sensor is more likely to defective, the one before the catalytic converter or the one after?

I bought a Bosh universal sensor, should I be aware of any difficulty before trying to install this sensor?
