Default '94 Miata running rough at start up

I have a '94 Miata that is running rough when I start it in the morning. By the time I get to work it is running fine. No smoke from exaust. I changed the pulgs and wires and problem remains.
Does anyone have any suggestions???!!!

OK... Let me add a few things and maybe someone will recognize the problem. The problem seems to be at idle only. When I get up to about 3-4K RPMs it feels perfect. Good power... smooth run. The idle problem does not go away completly, although it does seem a little better after a short drive.
Could it be the fuel injectors?
Thanks for any advise!

make sure your air and fuel filters are clean, easy to replace if not and pretty cheap. If it doesn't help the problem at al it is good to get it done anyway.
