Default Mazda6 serpentine pully

Just wondering if anyone with an older model 6 had ever had issue with this?
Recently had to replace the same pully for the third time in a year.

wow.. I take it 2 were covered by the repair warranty? Sounds like crappy quality replacement parts were used.

The first pully was replaced September 13 2015, second pully was repaired under warranty January 2016.
Mazda and the shop we had the repair done both refused to cover the repair of the third as it was approximately 2 weeks past the date of the purchase of the original pully.
I had the pleasure of speaking to customer relations about this and they asked if we would tow the vehicle to the dealership at which point we replied it was the dealership that directed is to tow it to the shop where the repair was done.
Unfortunate because I still enjoy driving the car even with 346k Km's on it.
If has gotten full synthetic since I purchased it 8 years ago I just need to reattach the head liner along the back over the window lol.

I'll see if I can attach a picture when the weather is a little more conducive.
It's the pully attached to the side of the block that operates the serpentine belt.

I gather it's the spring loaded pulley? The idler pulley that puts pressure outward against the belt?

It's amazing how the dealership and the shop went back and forth.
'it's their installation', 'no its their part that's held on by a 3mm screw'.
Some of the most disappointing customer service I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing.
I have been searching for a new vehicle and can say that this has changed my perspective on my future purchase.
