Default Sloshing noice near glove compartment?

I have a 2014 CX9 with 50,000 miles. A couple months ago it started making a sloshing sound near the glove compartment on turns. We took everything out of the car, but it didn't help.
The corner repair shop said a hose that drained the AC was clogged. They fixed it and all was fine for 2 months.
Now it is back.

Are they right about the problem? Why then did it reoccur so quickly after not happening for years?
If not, what else might it be?
Thanks.

My bet would be the AC drain blocking up again.

Toller- I had the same issue last summer and Mazda said it was a clogged drain. It was fine all winter, but I did not need my a/c then. Now that it is summer again, the same noise has returned. The water WILL come into the passenger's side floor, under the mat. I have an appointment to take my 2014 CX-9 in on Tuesday for this, as well as a recall AND my bluetooth not connecting. I love my CX-9, but this is ridiculous.

If a bug or spider decides to build a nest inside the A/C drain pipe then it's just bad luck.

If they have a solution, other than blowing it out, let me know. Yeah, it is ridiculous!
