Default New guy with a crazy issue

Hello,

New guy here. Hope to be a Mazda owner by tomorrow, but I’m having a crazy problem, I would like some input on

Buying a 2020 CX-9. Everything ready to go. The car had 14k, I look at the carfax and don’t see the first oil change. I tell the dealer. They need to confirm that was done. They got with a dealer that confirmed a service at 10,300 miles that included an oil change but would not send document to confirm because of privacy issues. I get that, so I get on the phone with Mazda as well as two local dealers to confirm and to find out if the late oil change is a potential issue. I can’t get anyone to even make an effort. I’ve been trying all day and never get anyone that acts like they want to take care of a customer. Before I bought my other car, I requested records o we the phone had them emailed to me in 15min

My questions, Is this what it’s like to deal with Mazda? I reached out to corporate, they have yet to help. The other thing, do you see this oil change at 10,300 miles as a potential problem should I have an issue down the road? I know synthetic oil can handle that mileage without issue. My other car requires oil change at 10j intervals. I see the oil change as a potential issue if Mazda wanted to use it. Thanks , sorry to be so long winded
