Default Motor vibration after road bump

Hi everyone, I have a Mazda CX9 model 2009 and have been very happy until recently. Overtime I hit a small road bump, the motor starts vibrating heavily... well I am not sure if it's the motor, but the whole car vibrates when I push down on the gas to accelerate (at slow and higher speeds). If I stop the car and put the gear to N and then start the car again, the vibration is gone. Any idea what this could be? I think it all started when I got a new set of rear tires and with it I got a tire alignment for all four tires. Could it be this? Thanks.
