Default Mazda CX9 Torque Coverter

Today is March 28, 2022. I have a 2008 CX9 that has a bad torque converter. Mazda has discontinued the making of these converters. The only ones you can get are aftermarket ones that range from $1200. to $1800. dollars. Used ones aren't much cheaper. Mazda is no help at all. However, after doing extensive research, I've located a company out of Florida that sell remans for $339..00. plus shipping. they will charge you $200.00 for a core charge. Refundable when shipped back. The company is "Florida Torque Converters" 1-800-790-0039...... Also you can order on line.......... I'm not sure if anyone has already used them, but they appear to be a reputable company.......... Hope this message helps someone out there..............
