Are there any opinions on the best shocks for the CX9, looking for a high-performance shock or coil over.

Standard ride height? Lowered? Raised?

Default Stiffer suspension for CX9
2010 CX9, I like to keep the ride height the same but I want to stiffer suspension. I would love coil overs if they exist.
