Please help. I believe my Mazda CX-9 to be in limp mode. No acceleration. I’ve been stranded for two weeks four hours from home waiting on the pedal to come in. This all happened when I floored it and heard something pop under my right foot under the gas pedal so I thought it needed a new throttle positioning sensor which meant I had to get the whole assembly. I got it in put it in and it still won’t accelerate.

I am so depressed broke and completely clueless on what it could be after I heard the pop

My car lost ability to go into higher gears.

 

What about any DTC's ? Check engine Light!

 

What are dcts? There no check engine lights. No codes when hooked up. I can say that before changing the pedal today my door locks weren’t working when button on door or fob were pressed but it was still locking without the beep when I walked away w fob When I floor the new pedal same no excelleration ….I’m sick my life has become shambles. My dad could’ve sworn our policy covered up to 70k miles.
