Fuel Filter is part of the Fuel Pump assembly. All inside the fuel tank.

Mazda's theory is wait for the pump to get blocked, overheat & expire, then replace it.

Looking at all models 2008 to 2015, you remove the 2nd row of seats, remove the carpet & then remove a metal access plate in the floor.

Thanks alot Grim_Reaper. I have tried to remove the second raw seats but it seem they are stocked in the rail. Do you have any idea how should I get this done?

do you have the workshop manual for the cx-9? I've looked into replacing the fuel filter before. The workshop manual should show you how to remove the seat.

Anyone have a PDF version of the CX-9 Factory Repair / Service Manual?

look at monty2003's post

no problem, if you have the manual see page 27 of the seats.pdf.

once you get the bolt covers and bolts off the seats will eventually come out.

then remove the long slider, i think this is the seat track
