has anyone replaced or had trouble with their door handles being loose and not opening door? I believe the problem might be a broken spring? It is also causing the locks not to unlock. I took it to the dealer and they haven't got a clue...any help would be appreciated! Thanks...

 

ROFL, Seriously? The dealer does not have a clue what the problem could be? That's as bad as it gets at a repair shop, lol. The latch rod connects to the handle by a cheap plastic lever with a spring on it and a clip to hold the rod. The lever broke or the handle broke where the pin holds it together. It will need a new handle.

 

I figured it did...thanks. Got to look up how to replace it.
