Default CX 9 Spark plug replacement

Hi everybody,
It's been quite a while since I've joined the group and have a few questions about some routine maintainence... I have a 2010 CX9 with 76000 miles. I checked the info screen and get 20.1 Avg MPG. So do you think I need to change the spark plugs. I know it is quite a jop to do this and I am up to doing it but if changing the plugs doesn't make a change in the MPG I am not sure if I want to do it. Another question I have is about changing the anitfreeze.. I checked it with an antifreeze tester and it read okay. All of your comments are helpful thanks.

its suggested to change plugs every 116, kms or unless its giving you problems
its about 2.4hrs time to change plus plugs and gaskets

hope this helps
