I have a 2014 with 60,000. A guy on line says I should change the oil in the transfer case. The dealer says there is no procedure for doing that. He replaces quite a few under the 90,000 mile warranty, and they come with oil in them.

I have read reports of people pumping the oil out them and replacing it; but obviously it isn't something my dealer is going to do.

I am thoroughly confused. Any advice would be great.
