Hi,

I´m chris from Germany and I bought a 08 CX9 a week ago, its a really great car.

The advanced key with liftgate button is installed, but when I stand in front of the closed trunk and push the request switch (button near the plate light), nothing happen (no beep...).
The request button at the front doors working perfectly.

How I can determine whats faulty, request switch or the receiver ?

Maybe there is a common problem with this parts ?

So it does open & close via the front switch?

If so, remove the rear switch and use a multimeter to test it.
