2022 CX-9 Mazda Update Toolbox- Connection Error 104
Hi, I just got this CX-9 and went to install the Navi update toolbox on my Win 7 desktop at home.
As soon as I open up the program it looks for updates and immediately issues a Connection Error 104 message. It cannot find an internet connection but I have no such issues on this computer. Its compatability with Win 7 is documented. Has anyone else seen this error?? I did a test and tried it at work (Win 10) and it works fine. I would much rather to this at home!
I called Mazda and they are like...... "whaaaaa?". So, I emailed the third party company that provides the software (in Hungary). Since their support drop down menu did not inlcude the Toolbox, it may not be supported. We'll see. I just hope they have the class to respond in any event.
