Recently bought a 2022 CX9 Carbon and we really like it! One thing though, the front seats seem to be exceptionally hard (firm). Has anyone else noticed this? We have the seat cooling feature - is it maybe because the hardware to cool the seats causes the seats to be a little less plush? Not a deal breaker, just curious if others have noticed this or if it's just me.

 

Yeah, same thing in my 2016. I got a seat cushion, much better. I tried the inflatable ones, but they developed leaks at the un-fixable seams. A Purple brand 1-1/4" thick cushion works for me.
