I purchased a 2021 CX-9 Signature in May with a litte over 12K miles. At 15,833 miles, the check oil light came on and it needed a full quart of oil. I am reading several threads with this being a common issue related to a valve stem and a class action has now been filed (right after I purchased, great timing on my part). How is anyone else with this issue handling it at this time? I have an appointment with the dealer to perform an early oil change and get the issue on record (I almost lost my bananas when the scheduler started to go down the line of questions pointing to my driving habits as the problem....!!!).
