Hi, I have a Mazda CX-9 2016 and I am experiencing my first real problem with it. The real climate control display is completely OFF and I am not able to turn it ON. I tried the "rear button", tries all the buttons in the rear console and nothing.
I know there there is a Relay for the rear climate control in the fuse box, could it be the cause? or is there a fuse or something else that can explain this problem with this specific console while all the rest functions perfectly?

PS: my end of lease is in less that 2 months and this is the only problem holding me back from buying back this cx-9.

 

Nobody ever faced this problem or have any idea how to resolve it?
