2014 CX9 Low beam lights quit simultaneously - Help please!
Hello There:
We recently returned from a long drive and the low beam headlights stopped working. Since we had changed the bulbs about 6 months ago and the low-beams stopped functioning at the exact same time, we are thinking it not just as simple as bad Sylvania bulbs. The parking lights and brights function just fine. The first thing I did was replace the headlight relay in the relay box under the hood with no luck. Thinking now it may be the ballast, though the bulbs are not HID which usually impacts the ballast life. Has anyone encountered this issue and come up with the recipe to fix. Appreciate any and all guidance or experiences to resolve.
Thanks for your help,
Ghostman

Or it could the in the switch. Do they share a ground connection? That is one more thing to check if it's common to both. (Check the grounds anyway...they need to be clean, dry, & tight.)
