Default 2014 Cx-9 won’t start! Help!

Have a 2014 CX-9 Grand Touring! The key fob works because when you press the button it lights up so don’t think it’s that! I can’t turn the wheel or try to turn the ignition switch either. Had to use the metal key in the key fob to get the door to open. Tried to jump it off and that did nothing either. It doesn’t use an actual key because normally I have to just turn the switch and it comes on. Any suggestions? My car is sitting in a sketchy side of town and I hate leaving it over night.

Remove the cap off the start switch/****, insert your emergency key, wiggle the steering wheel while turning the key. What Happens? Anything? With the emergency key in the ignition, try to jumpstart it again. What happens? Any lights on dash?

Default Drivers side Visor was the issue and ty for your advice!

Thanks for the advice! It def helped me get it jumped off so I could drive it! However the radio/gps and some lights were not functioning after I jumped it off. Took and had battery and alternator tested and they said it was fine. Took to a Mazda Dealer and and informed me that the drivers side visor that I broke off has a sensor in it that caused the lights, radio/gps to not work and that I need another and would be $352 dollars in which I paid. 2 weeks later my radio sounds different and not the same as before. It’s the sound actually.
