Default 2011 CX9 sloshing sound when turning left

When I have the air conditioner on, and when I make a left hand turn, I hear what I think is water hitting a fan, or something, coming from the lower passenger side. Any ideas what it could be?

Lower passenger side of the dash is the blower motor. Are you noticing any water on the floor?

Yes - we're having both the sloshing noise (on left hand turns) and water leaking into the passenger footwell. 2011 CX-9 Grand Touring.

We've already had a local dealer "unclog" the drain (at a cost of about $80), but a month later and it's baaaack...

This seems like a major design flaw in the car, not a recurring service item like changing the oil or replacing the brake pads... What is Mazda doing about this problem? Is there any kind of preventative maintenance we can take, so this doesn't happen again?

(Oh, and we bought the car from you, Heritage Mazda, so a direct reply would be great.)
