Default Ordering a 2026 CX-70

Does anyone know when we will be able to start ordering the 2026 CX-70.

The other question I have being new to Mazda is that I am only interested in the Inline 6. Can you get an inline 6 without also getting a hybrid system at all?

Is the inline 6 a single turbo or the more common twin turbo.

Actually this forum gets visitors Dailey exceeding all the other Mazda forums.

Generally it depends on a threads topic how much activity there will be with members. This is topical of most vehicle forums .

Why not start and slightly different more universal topic and see how it goes?.
Not that many members on any Mazda forum are going to be looking at purchasing a 2026 model Mazda.
You can see this by which forum areas are most active .
At this post there are 1585 visitors and 1020 threads being viewed and less then 5 are having to do with upcoming 2026 Mazdas
And of the 2 of the three members are waiting on one thread to see if I will respond again. lol

Ended up buying a CX-50. My wife drove both and much preferred the CX-50. I liked the bigger CX-70 with the inline 6 but it’s her car so there we go.

Thanks! I’m looking forward to it. We ordered a Meridian Turbo so it might be a couple of months before we actually get it.

My wife had a Mazda years ago but I’ve never owned one. I’ve been impressed with a bunch of their latest offerings.

The inline 6 comes only with the mild hybrid. I have a 2025 CX-70 Turbo S Premium Plus. The hybrid system works seamlessly with the engine. Having driven turbo gas and diesel vehicles for decades, I've experienced significant turbo lag, especially on hot summer days. The mild hybrid eliminates turbo lag. Press the gas pedal and it takes off right away. The inline 6 is a single turbo, owing to the simple layout of an inline six.

Great info. I’ve been trying to find out more info on the turbo setup of the inline 6 so it’s good to know it’s a single turbo.
