Looking at a top of the line CX 70 with the Nappa interior. Very nice vehicle, but I have some concerns about the interior, How well is the material used on the door panels and dash going to hold up. How would you clean that fuzzy stuff?

It all depends on how well you keep up on cleaning the interior.

I suggest the first thing to do on all carpets and other cloth material is a sealant be applied ASAP. This will protect it from UV rays as well accidental spills and other chemicals that may get in contact with the interior parts. Tinting all but the windshield with at least the latest clear film that reducing UV damage is a good investment.
Getting a toss up windshield cover when you park will protect the dash. A dash cover while they may not fit your taste but black and the carpet material will reduce glare and protect the dash from heat and direct sunlight while driving .
