07 CX-7 when driving at a steady highway speed I notice the tach is very sensitive as the TCC is shifting on and off. I can keep my foot on the gas and just the slightest movement as moving my toes causes it. what controls that and can the sensitivity be changed

 

When and what was the last service done to the transmission. Specifically the oil and filter change?
