Hi,
Need your help to troubleshoot this issue, the radio buttons work only when turning ext lights on. So weird, I can control the radio from the steering wheel with no issue when the lights are off, have any of you seen this issue?

By "ext lights" do you mean headlights?
I had an issue once after I ran the battery down by leaving the lights on. Some of the idiot dash lights would stay on for a while. You might try disconnecting the battery...wait a few minute and reconnect it.
