Default 1991 b2600i 2wd ext cab rear end problems NEED HELP

my rear end in my 91 b2600i 2wd is out. the side or (spider) gears and the shaft and hog head or carrier is cracked the main carrier is fine along with the ring and pinioun gear. The pinioun gear does have one small chip but not a big deal. I can hardly find the parts for it much less a new rear end. Ive seen the rx-7 swaps and I think some MPV vans in the same era might work but im not sure. The model I have is the only mazda truck to have a 3.727 gear ratio. I would love to know of a good parts place or easy swap to get it back going. I have the shop and skills to drop a new engine and do whatever I want with it. but the motor has 115,000 doesnt leak or burn any fluids runs perfect AC still cold as ice. So I really dont want to make it a project truck with a V8 or rotary swap. If anyone has one they will part with from a upgrade or swap they did and have the stock carrier let me know.

I would really appreciate someone with knowledge of these trucks and tell me which internals will work or which carriers will bolt up. to make it worse mazda runs the speedo off the ring gear but so does some MPV vans. I would like to keep it stock otherwise ill stick a toyota rear end in it and be done they are free around my way and plenty of them. Thanks in advance to any help.

I have been racking my head because a week ago the parts truck which was cosmetically better then mine but just didnt run was sold. Im still kicking myself for letting it sit there on the lot for 2 years and not buying it for 500 bucks. The guy even told me he figured i didn't want it anymore one week late from having every single part for my truck down to the interior color and exterior. thanks again for any help.
