Issue with dashboard lights

Hi,
I have recently changed my battery on Mazda CX-7, and since then when I start the car my dashboard lights turn off and when I turn off the headlights they come back on. Anybody had the same issue?

Do you have auto lights?

Have you tried adjusting the dimmer switch?
