Hi everyone. I need help!
I am a 21 yr old single female living in WA state. I do not have any family/friends I can go to for help or advice. I do not know much about cars at all so please bare with me if I sound like I dont know anything that Im talking about.
I have a 2007 Mazda CX-7 that was parked in a private lot in Tacoma WA and was recently broken into! Whoever broke into it tried to get the car started without the key (I believe they tried to hotwire the car). They took off the cover which covers the wires and whatnot connected to the ignition switch. I need to get the car started and moved out of that lot ASAP… I need to either know which part of the car I should order and try to install it myself if it’s not a complicated process or I need to know what exactly I should tell a mechanic so I can get quoted. The key does not turn. There is now wires hanging out and some tool stuck into the ignition switch (part where you insert key) the tool is stuck in there.
please help with any advice or suggestions.
preferably the cheapest option to get my car up and running. I support myself and have no help. I dont have anyone to help with the costs of this. I cannot afford to have it brought to the dealership and fixed professionally.

I will include photos I took last time I was at the car. The cars condition in the photos is exactly what it looks like right now. I need to get that car out of the lot before it gets towed.
