Default Engine Noise

On a road trip... stopped for gas and there is a loud noise coming from the engine. Not squealing or clicking. Just a loud roar / grinding noise more from the passenger side around the belt area. Runs normal. No dash lights. No smoke from what I can tell.
Help please!!

Could be a pulley bearing.

Can you record a video of the engine bay?

I just recently started to hear a loud clatter, much like a worn bearing in a pully but it will quiet down after a few then rumble back up when sitting at a light. I also noticed a burning smell now. Could it have something to do with the heater core? Someone mentioned the burning smell may be coming from the heater "coil"??? (I've never heard of a heater coil in a car?)

Any advice would be appreciated!
