Default Check Engine Light Flashes
My mazda CX 7's check engine light flashes and the car is hesitant on acceleration and jerks. I do not have authorized mazda dealer close to me. A mechanic says the battery needs to be replaced but I do not believe this. Could he be right or what could be the problem? Please I need your help urgently. Thanks

What fault codes are your mechanic getting from your car?
