Hi All,

I have a 2012 CX-7, and I'm having major issues with background noise being heard by the other person when I am talking on the Bluetooth. To the point that I have to yell in order for someone to hear me, and even then it's still useless.

I have brought it to the dealer and they replaced the Mic so far, but no improvement. So I suggested moving the location of the mic, as the Bluetooth help line mentioned. It goes back in again next week so we will see.

Has anyone else had issues with this?? I've searched around online, but haven't come up with too much.

same thing here, but i have a JVC head unit with Bluetooth adapter. don't know what to do.
