They are 50 mm offset. I am selling my takeoffs on eBay right now and mistakenly listed them as 40 mm (the offset of the Enkies I put on) and had to enter a correction to the proper 50 mm number.

I have to disagree here, whilst doing my research for new wheels I investigated Momo rims. On their website they link to a Wheel Wizard website that list the CX7original equipment (OE)as:
OE Tyre: 235/60R18
OE Rim: 7.5 x 18
PCD: 5x114.3
OE Offset: 45
