ABS TCS lights with no error codes

Hi All,
Hope you are all Zoom Zoom Zooming along and keeping well.

We're heading into cooler weather here in Australia...

In past few weeks my CX7 2009 ER 2.3 Turbo Petrol AUTO 4WD (130,000km), has started up with both ABS and TCS lights on. The car runs without issue. This has happened only twice although the car has been started most days.
When this happens, upon turning off the engine, exiting the vehicle, locking and then re-entering and starting these warning lights are no longer on.
OB2 scanner shows no codes, which makes this more of a mystery.

Anyone had a similar problem?
