I have a 2011 CX-7 with the factory radio and Bose sound system. Radio is EH49 66 ARX. A few weeks ago the radio just started to be all static, as well as when the aux was used to connect my phone. The dealer said it was an issue with the radio, so I bought a used replacement, but not the exact same part number (EH48 66 ARO). When I installed this, everything looks like it is working, but there is no sound. No static either. Is the EH48 66 ARO not compatible with the Bose system, or do I have something else going on like the amplifier?

 

I have the same problem, did you get it resolved? If so how.
