Default 2010 Mazda CX-7 AC issues

Well sometimes my AC came on and some times it didn’t. If it was off and I hit a bump or pop hole it would turn on.i replaced the pressure switch and compressor . Than a shop told me there isn’t any power going to the compressor and they scanned it and found b1261 solar radiant sensor. Any ideas ?

Ignore the code for solar sensor. Unless you scan for codes in conditions of 100% sunlight, that code will appear everytime.

Check the relay box under the hood on the passenger side. There is only 2 relays in there but yesterday i I went to check the relays again and my test light was on the compressor power line and it flickered. The issue for my is somewhere in there. So it’s going to be a bad relay, ground, or wiring in the backside of the relay box. Let me know how you make out.

Thanks for the info, Mine ended up being the pressure sensor

Similar problem for me, was fortunate it was only the AC relay in mine. I bought two of them and keep a spare on hand. Both of my Ford Explorers had the same problem...
