Has anyone else had serious issues with their Mazda 2007 CX-7 Turbo and Mazda told you to that they're not responsible?

Yes, as a matter of fact I have....BUT, when I purchased the car I also purchased a 2 year warranty to cover the engine and its components. After having the car for a few weeks it started to smoke like crazy. Took it to the Mazda dealer and since I had the warranty they fixed it. Costs=$2400.00 They even included the deductible in the cost. I just had to stay on their a-- until it got done. They replaced the top engine cover and TURBO! Now I'm keeping an eye on the VVT and timing chain.
