i stop stopped

The I stop on my CX60 petrol has stopped working. Has anyone any knowledge of why this has happened? Has it happened to anyone else?

Booked in with Mazda. It seems I was using the cars airconditioning incorrectly! (Coolest setting and low fan speed). By setting the aircon on auto and the temp between 22-24d C the i Stop started working again.
