4 tires losing air
Hello. My 2024 CX 50 tires are all 4 losing air. Been happening for a couple of weeks. They are Goodyear tires. Only 2K miles so far. I fill to 36 psi and next day they are all down to 33 psi. Car in garage overnight, 75 degrees here in Sacramento area. Dealer doesn't know. I think something is wrong with tires or rims. Dealer wants to take wheels and tires to tire shop to dunk them in water.
Has anyone ever heard or experienced this odd problem ?
Thanks

I have sold hundreds maybe thousands of tires and wheels and NEVER have I had a set going flat or so many losing air like you describe that was a defect in tire or wheel. The Shrader vales however can cause what you described.
I recommend that you remove each one inspect it carefully if nothing seen wipe it with a little lubricant (none petroleum ingredients) and reinstall s****ing it down but not supper tight so you do not damage it which is also common from DIY and less experienced handlers around them. Ask any Bicyclist. LOLl
BTW technically speaking your psi finding are not accurate or done correctly. If you are measuring a 3-4 psi lower temperature in the morning and you set the psi in the morning in Lincoln before getting out of your garage. And you did a random check of the psi around 5-6 pm (the hottest time period) then do the math you may find you have no real problem.
I live close and we are in an area that gets hotter than surrounding area like 114F+ . My garage temperature is controlled to a nice 99F but if I drive and return the car will super heat the garage even with the fan blowing directly on the engine hood open and heat. My psi will not only be higher is I check them when I first return to the garage by 4-5lbs but will return to my preset psi only if the garage drops below 90F where I established my base line psi.
And I use a thermal digital hand temperature diagnostic tool top measure all the temperatures for absolute accuracy.
Last thing I recommend that you use (see below) I know most of the service people there is even a couple that are equally as certified Techies like myself.

Or as you are in Lincon go to Firestone. The manager there is very responsive to problems and will assign one of his better shop guys to look at your Mazda psi issue and they will find the cause if there is one !

TU. Here's the issue. When I set them to the recommended 36 psi in the morning, and drive, they do heat up, but the next morning they should return to 36! They always go down to 34. Numerous times now. I know how to air them up. Even the dashboard info indicates the 34. The dealer, Roseville tightened the valves. He has suggested taking them to a tire shop and having them dunked. They are Goodyear tires, only 6 months old.
