I got into my 2013 Mazda CX5 this morning and noticed an x and an indent on the dash. I’ve had the car for 6 years and I have detailed it repeatedly and never saw it before. It looks like an x where the airbag is.
Does anyone know what it is? Is it on anyone else’s CX5? Should I be concerned
That's where the airbag comes out of. Below is an image of what that would look like. Obviously let's hope that doesn't happen! My 2013 RDX after it was totaled.
