Make sure your dealer also does a load check on the battery when you take it in.
The batteries don't last long and at 3 years is not likely at peak performance which can cause some of the faults you mentioned.

Well, friends, I took the CX-5 in today. They said the noise is the headlight and it’s $2500 to replace. Meanwhile it works and the tech didn’t think it should be a problem waiting (for the lottery win!) till it gets worse. And of course it’s out of warranty. All else is fine other than the routine maintenance stuff.

aftermarket head light assembly are inexpensive. Some are not bad for quality.
The labor for install runs about 1.5 hours @ stated hourly rate .

Warranties don't last forever...
