What accessories are worth getting for the CX5?
I know the answers depend on your area and lifestyle. But in general, what are the accessories worth getting?
I just bought the CX5 Touring and my first accessory bought was the cargo cover. I got it directly from the parts department. List price was $199 but I used a competitor 20% discount coupon to knock it down to $160, plus tax.
What did you get that you like and why? Please share. Thanks.

I personally removed the wheel locks. They are often more trouble then they are worth. I got the cargo mat and cargo shade which I think are great. The Japan issue rear head supports don't block the rear view mirror (rarely have passengers back there). I also got rubber mats and installed the Mazda 3 switches for the HVAC controls.
I bought one of these:Cargo Liner, Soft #0000-8K-R05
2014 Mazda CX-5 Cargo Liner, Soft #0000-8K-R05
I love it. It really protects the cargo area, has a flap to protect the bumper when loading. Easy to use.

I wonder how it connects to the back of the seats to keep it secured? Velco strips or snaps?
It sure looks good. The flap is what I'm most interested in. The CX5's bumper is pretty high compare to my ex-minivan. So loading heavier stuff could scratch the paint of the bumper if I am not careful.
