Default Warning Light - Headlight

Hi, Occasionally our headlight warning light comes on and stays on for a day or so. Everything seems to work just fine. Mazda Service Dept told us that it is because we have a device connected to the service connector under the dash. Is this BS or might the T-mobile SyncUP Hotspot that we have under the dash really cause a problem that would trigger this one warning light - sometimes? Also the device lists all service buleetins from mazda and there seems to be at least one that might have an explanation but the description is cut short. Where can we find a full description of Mazda Service Bulletins? Bulletin 15-001-19-3517a

Thanks

This should be obvious but have you tried unplugging the device from the OBD2 port and checking to see if the warning light went off?

Also, did you try doing a internet search from the TSB in question? I did and came up with multiple hits.

Google search keeps showing me the same short message that is cut off. Yes I unplugged the device. The light comes and goes. I was just trying to find out if others have had this issue too and how they resolved it. Do others use devices connected to the OBD port?

I use a OBD2 reader, it works without any issues. I don't leave it plugged in all the time though.
